Subtask of #5: Implement the Race To step for the multi-step game creation wizard.

  • Row of large buttons for numbers 0–9 (quick pick)
  • 'Custom' button opens numeric input for other values
  • '0' means no target score
  • Touch-friendly, large controls
  • Progress indicator visible
  • Next/back navigation

Acceptance Criteria:

  • User can select a target score quickly or enter a custom value
  • Step is visually clear and mobile-optimized
  • State is preserved when navigating forward/backward
